April to September 2013

The Two Tone Scarf was my travelling project, good job it didn’t take long as the drive to Naramata is just over an hour and we only drove in to Penticton once while we were on holiday.

The is another free pattern and also appeared in the Country Register.

This is one of our new class projects, after knitting the headband I realized it would make a great neckwarmer.  They are just right to keep the chill off the back of your neck and your ears.

A birthday gift for Sara.

Gloves knit following Holli Yeoh’s Guess Who? pattern in Fame Trend. Topped with wristwarmers knit with Simplicity from Hikoo and our free ribbed wristwarmer pattern, I just added a little twist around the wrist.

This is one of my new patterns.  The Bulky Cabled Headband and Neckwarmer, the headband is knit in the new Lumio with the reflective thread, the neckwarmer is knit with James C Brett’s Rustic Mega Chunky.

The cable in these projects is reversible which means it doesn’t matter which way you put the headband or neckwarmer on.
